Gilroy Construction works on large scale commercial projects, and medium to large scale residential projects with a focus on new roof installations and repairs. With little to no systems in place to effectively manage and track leads, My Local Ads first implemented a new CRM system for Gilroy's team. With the proper systems in place, we help Gilroy's team generate more commercial and residential roofing leads in the North-East-Pennsylvania area.
In addition to generating leads and implementing a new CRM system for Gilroy, we also helped their team partner with a better call center provider after the My Local Ads team had noticed a large number of incoming phone call Leads being unattended by Gilroy's call center. Luckily, this finding was only possible the My Local Ads phone call tracking ability which helps measure how many incoming phone calls are not attended, versus attended, and provides Gilroy's team with a recording for each phone call.
