For our digital products, such as checklists and PDFs, these are delivered electronically immediately after your purchase. You will receive an email with the download link upon successful payment.

• Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for these items.
Marketing Services
For one-off marketing services like Google Business Profile optimizations, these services are initiated within 24-48 hours of purchase. As these are custom services that begin promptly after your order is placed, there are no refunds or cancellations once the work has begun.

Physical Products
For physical products like pre-programmed NFC cards, we process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Standard delivery times are 5-7 business days after shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
