What are the 'rates' that apply for the CRM?

These are rates for the usage of your CRM account by its users.
The CRM allows users to send SMS/MMS/emails/make calls/accept calls/buy phone tracking numbers/create AI content, among other things. These activities incur usage charges depending on the type of usage and the volume of usage.

Make Calls: $0.026/Min
Receive Calls: $0.017/Min
Text Messages: $0.015/SMS
Email: $0.0014/Email
Toll-Free (Tracking) Number: $4.30/Month
Local (Tracking) Number: $2.30/Month

Usage rates get deducted from your CRM's wallet credit balance. To fill your CRM's wallet credit balance, by default upon first usage, the system will initially charge your payment method $10 (or more depending on your initial usage), with an additional $10 every time your wallet balance hits $0 (to fill your wallet credit balance). You can control the frequency and amount of your credit charges and similar in your CRM settings.

For our average CRM user, $10 covers about 1 month (moderate use to 2-3 months (low use) worth of CRM usage with 2 active tracking phone numbers.

*Additional carrier fees for registered and unregistered SMS/MMS messaging are passed-on to users by us at no additional cost.
Is the CRM managed for us?

No. Users and their teams are responsible to manage the CRM and its features in-house. My Local Ads provides technical support for the CRM and we're happy to answer marketing questions to the best of our abilities, via our ticketing system.

The Growth CRM plan includes all features already. Currently, we do not offer a higher CRM plan.

To combine your CRM plan with lead generation, we recommend you to look into one of our Performance plans here to activate your CRM with on-going lead generation.

Am I going to require any training to use the CRM?

Training never hurts, but rest assured, the core functions of our Growth CRM are easy to use and require minimal setup. The Growth CRM can also be used in advanced ways with marketing automations (ie. Workflow Automations), which may require some learning curve.

Regardless, users have access to 24/7 Support and our Support Portal with training materials.

Our Performance Plan lead generation services are handled for you, so you can just sit-back relax, and focus on handling your new leads.
